You got this error maybe because your xentry software is too old to support MB SCN coding .You no need to reinstall xetnry software , just set up something, then xentry will work again.

Firstly，Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Mercedes-Benz\SDFlash\Release\PKW，click file profi_cd like following picture.

Secondly,change the xentry version to latest V2019.12,  then save and close. 

Thirdly，run xentry software,click continue button,  you can continue your SCN coding .

Notice:

1.There is no need to exit the SCN access online dealer account when you set up.

2.This solution can solve mostly version 2018 and 2019 xentry software, but cannot 100%,if you still get error, you can connecct your software seller or us for further help.
